The movement of the Family of Joseph is fluid and dynamic. The many groups are interconnected, interdependent and, at the same time, remain unique. The threads that weave through everything are faith, foresight, flexibility and discernment. Their hallmark is fidelity to the charism of unity and reconciliation, or communioning love, in the tradition of the Sisters of St. Joseph. Collaboration and community are the container for this movement. They hold the network of groups together.
